Conflict Minerals Policy
CONFLICT MINERALS POLICY

MYM sets the policy of using no conflict minerals (gold, tin, tantalum and tungsten), which are mined in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries and could be used to fund anti-governmental armed forces that violate human rights and destruct the environment, in the business activities.

We will properly investigate the minerals in our supply chain as to the country of origin and the distribution process, and actively support customers in their investigation on conflict minerals so that we can eliminate conflict minerals and perform responsible procurement activities.

SAFETY & HEALTH POLICY

MYM TECHNOLOGY (M) SDN BHD (MYM) is responsible to ensure so far as practicable the safety, health and welfare for all its employees, suppliers, clients, visitors and other interested parties for sustainable growth and development in our business.

In line with the Policy, we will strive to:

  • Comply with all applicable government rules and legislations and other requirements pertaining to safety and health.
  • Provision and maintenance of plant and systems of work that are, so far as is practicable, safe, without risks to health in order to prevent major accident, injuries and occupational illness.
  • Provision and maintenance of working environment for employees that is, so far as is practicable, safe, without risks to health, and adequate as regards facilities for their welfare at work.
  • Provision of such information, instruction, training and supervision as is necessary to ensure, so far as is practicable, the safety and health at work of employees.
  • Making of arrangements for ensuring, so far as is practicable, safety and absence of risks to health in connection with the use or operation, handling, storage and transport of plant and substances.
