With our complete spray painting facilities, various spray coatings (UV-curing paint, Thermal-curing paint) and finishes (gloss, matte, soft-feel, hard-coat) can be applied to plastic parts.

3-axis hybrid laser marking machines allow high resolution artworks on the 2D/3D surface of the part.

Various methods including tampo/pad printing, silk screen printing, automated CNC inking, hot foil stamping, allow a wide range of colors and finishes for artwork on the surface of the part.

Our Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) printers allows rapid prototyping of 3D designs. Physical product prototypes can be made and studied before finalized production tooling. Jigs and fixtures such as holding and masking jigs can be manufactured in-house using 3D-printed parts.

Manual assembly (adhesive application, etc.), semi-auto assembly (heat staking, ultrasonic welding, etc.), autonomation assembly systems with integrated vision inspection.

With ISO13485 and MDA certifications, we manufacture safe-to-use medical products like face shields and face masks.
